Procedure :
1- Send us your request.
In order to respond you quickly and with preciseness, you need to send us your detailed medical file (with good quality photos in case of aesthetic surgery).
2- Our Medical staff will study your request.
3- In case of an agreement, a complete package quote, according to your requirements (hotel category, associated tourist activities ...), will be sent to you in a maximum of 48 hours.
4- Planning of your health-trip to Tunisia.
Depending on your desired date of arrival and the availability of the Doctor who will take care of you, a detailed plan will be sent to you: flight details, date of the first consultation with your doctor and the pre-anesthetic consultation, date of surgery, date of discharge from the clinic.
5- Health stay in Tunisia.
As soon as you arrive, we take care of everything until you return back home. Our staff will be at the airport for your reception furthermore they will be at your side until your access to the boarding area on your departure:
- Reception at the airport.
- Upon arrival, you will be given a rechargeable and prepaid local chip for mobile phone to allow you to be connected with your family so to save the huge roaming costs.
- We ensure the transfer to your hotel.
- We will assure your transfer from the hotel to allow you to have your first contact with your Doctor as well as the Anesthesiologist (pre-anesthesia consultation) and your return to the hotel.
- We will gladly guide and assist you to the clinic the day of the intervention. We assure you that we will accompany you during all the steps.
- As soon as your Doctor allows you to leave the clinic, we will accompany you to your hotel.
- We can shorten and reduce the duration of hospitalization and complete the post-operative care in your hotel (change of dressing, different injections, rehabilitation ...).
- We assure your transfer for the post-operative consultation within your Doctor.
- Touristic activities can be organized on request (excursions, museums ...)
- We assure your transfer to the airport the day of your departure.
